I am a life student of yoga, energy work, thai massage and the chakras and enjoy sharing my knowledge. I encourage all students of yoga to honor themselves, their bodies and each other. Peace, love and yoga! An experienced Thai Yoga Massage practitioner since 2010, I really do enjoy giving massages and helping people feel better and more relaxed. I am also a Kundalini/Practical Reiki Master with training in Usui Reiki also. Energy is life!

 I have been drawn to yoga since my teenage years, but did not start teaching yoga until 2009. I have studied with a variety of teachers but know that my students and my own practice is the greatest teacher. I believe everyone can reach contentment and their full spiritual potential.  I am a work in progress, please join me on the journey!
